I gave this product a try for two weeks, didn't see anything changed to my skin. I waited almost two weeks for my hydration glow masks to arrive. Today 10/11 I checked my email and saw another set of order is processed for shipping which I didn't authorize and no email to inform me. I emailed them and was told by Hiba Taj Quasi support. He told me that I ordered with the 10% discount with auto which he sent me a screenshot of the original order. But the problem was it is the screenshot of my new order with the price that was higher than my original order. He also informed me after I requested for a refund since this mask did nothing to my skin after I gave it a try for two weeks. He told me it was too late because I only have 10 days after I purchased. This is ridiculous when I places an order it took them over 10-12 days before I even get the face mask. I went into the official website and saw the refund is 30 days. Right there it sounds like this Hiba Taj support team is already try to not get me my refund. Shady business. I just want my refund and don't want anything from this company which I will need to return the new order they automatically take money from my credit card and I already told Habi Taj to cancel any future order.
