Don't buy this product or purchase from this company. I ordered once, they sent and billed me twice. After emailing more times than I care to count, they finally allowed me to return the product. When I returned the product, they stated they would issue my refund within 10 business days. Twelve business days later they STILL HAVE NOT ISSUED A REFUND. So they have billed me twice for $288 total, have the returned product in their possession and I am out money and product. They give me the same round around every email response by saying - they need to escalate it to upper management and I need to be patient. There is no phone number to call to speak to someone and they are now ignoring my emails altogether. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
