I can now see why Offspring have such an embarrassing low Trustpilot score.From my recent experience, I can confirm that their customer service team lack professionalism, intelligence, common sense and integrity......they are a bunch of total amateurs, who don't care about their customers or their purchase experience.I still have not received the order that I placed and paid for, but they have refused to do anything to help me, claiming the courier say they have delivered it..... although the tracking still states that the courier "Have my Package", which has been stuck at this point for more than a week now. When I ask them questions, they do not or cannot answer them intelligently or honestly, so they just respond by repeating the same things over and over again like ignorant parrots.I recommend making your purchases elsewhere from a more honest, honourable, reliable and reputable retailer.
