Review Time
ordered twice in the past and both orders never arrived and never refunded avoid avoid avoid - I do keep their email updates on which they are good at so I can then buy them from other retailers
I bought two pairs of shoes on a Thursday evening, paid for them, then saw the reviews for the site! Luckily I paid with my credit card, but the following day I got a notification to say they had been dispatched, and Saturday morning they arrived, absolutely spot on can't fault it what so ever .
I am very dissatisfied with the customer support. I invested a considerable amount in a pair of shoes, and my package has gone missing. It has been over two weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have attempted to reach out multiple times via email and through all their social media channels, but I have received no response whatsoever. No updates, no explanations, nothing. When spending a significant amount, one expects at least basic communication. The current lack of response is unacceptable and quite frustrating. I would advise against ordering until they improve their handling of missing parcels and customer service.
Extremely poor support experience. I’ve been trying to get in touch via email since last week and have received no responses whatsoever. Is there anyone available to assist? It seems to take an eternity to get a reply.
My package is missing, and I've reached out to the shipping service, which, while not great, at least responds. They informed me that I need to contact the retailer, which feels like an insurmountable challenge. Can you please take this matter seriously and provide assistance?
Absolutely shocking company to deal with, help email was just bouncing backThere’s no number to callAnd there’s no live chat From what I could seeThe website is designed to make it deliberately difficult to contact them,Also trainer descriptions are inaccurate,Look You don’t get 40% bad reviews for nothing So clearly your doing something wrongAnd people are unhappy So instead of replying with excuses How about you actually listen to what people are saying and rectify those problems,My issue wasI tried to cancel an orderYou took so long to respond to my Cancellation request that the order got dispatched So now the environment will suff
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my visit to the store today. Despite the inclement weather, I arrived at the location just before closing time. Although the doors were already shut, there were still customers inside. As another customer exited, a female staff member closed the door abruptly in my face without any explanation, even though it was not yet the stated closing time. I stood by the closed door and tried to communicate with a young male staff member. When I inquired about the store's closing time, he vaguely mentioned it was 6:00 pm. Throughout this interaction, the female staff member continued to ignore me. The male staff member then inquired about which shoes I was interested in. I mentioned that I wanted to buy the new Jordan 8 release and clarified that I did not need to try them on since I already knew my size. He informed me that a sale would not be possible if I tried them on, but that I could complete the purchase immediately if I was sure of my size. I must note that my experiences at another location have been far more satisfactory. That store adheres strictly to its closing time, and customers are not turned away prematurely. The staff there exhibit better professionalism and a more customer-oriented approach. According to the information provided online, the store's hours are listed as 12:00–18:00. Closing the doors before the advertised time, especially with customers still inside, is unacceptable. Employees should conduct business in a professional manner that aligns with company policies, rather than personal judgments. I believe this situation needs to be addressed, as it negatively impacts customer service standards and the overall reputation of the company.
Dear Offspring Management Team,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience at your Camden store today.Despite the extremely poor weather conditions, I arrived at the store at 17:56. Although the store doors were already closed, customers were still inside the shop. During the exit of another customer, a female member of staff closed the door directly in my face without any communication or explanation, despite the store not yet reaching its stated closing time.I remained by the closed door and attempted to communicate with a male staff member, approximately 18–19 years old. When I asked what time the store closed, he responded vaguely that it was 6:00 pm. The female staff member continued to ignore me during this interaction. The male staff member then asked which shoes I was interested in. I explained that I wished to purchase the new Jordan 8 release and clearly stated that I was not intending to try the shoes on, as I already know my size. He advised that if I were trying the shoes on, a sale would not be possible; however, if I knew my size, the purchase could be completed immediately.I would also like to note that my experiences at Offspring King’s Cross have consistently been far more professional. That store closes exactly at 18:00, and customers are not denied entry prematurely. The staff there demonstrate stronger leadership and a more customer-focused approach.According to your website, the Camden store’s operating hours are listed as 12:00–18:00. Closing the doors before the advertised time—particularly while customers remain inside—is unacceptable. Staff are employed to operate the business professionally and in line with company policy, not based on personal discretion.I believe this matter requires attention, as this experience reflects poorly on customer service standards and the reputation of your brand. I would appreciate this issue being reviewed and addressed accordingly. The lady that denied my entry was a black lady with poor communication skills.
