Bought two pairs of trainers back in December. Sent one pair back double boxed and in a black bag via the free returns using Yodel on the 26th December 2023. Chased the return myself as not had my refund. Only to be told the box was empty. I’ve contacted yodel who can’t help as was a bulk refund so nothing was weighed or photographed. I’ve been in contact with Offspring since January and they still haven’t sent me photographic evidence of my package I returned. I sent those back double boxed and in a bag. They company is shocking with its customer service as only avail online. Avoid at all costs!!
