If I could give -20 rating I would!!! The most diabolical service from them and yodel!!!!! “Attempted delivery” never ever attempted delivery at all!!!! Redirected to a parcel shop now my parcel is nowhere to be located and always told it’ll be delivered today…RUBBISH! Offspring customer service rubbish and very unhelpful.Ordered a gift paid next day delivery…never received my parcel contacted yodel and contacted offspring telling me wait 24-48 hours I was told several different stories by yodel about where my parcel is….long story short still don’t have my parcel and never got to gift my boyfriend his trainers…so it’s either my parcel is stolen or lost and offspring knew how to quickly take my money but not solve their logistics
