I have ordered a pair of trainers and delivery was supposed to be made by Yodel I received no notification of the supposed delivery, it was meant to be delivered to a Yodel shop but was allegedly refused, I checked the tracking the next day only to find out that it has been returned to Offspring. Your customer service is non existent why is it so difficult to try and resolve a problem. This was my first time ordering from Offspring but definitely my last absolute shambles of a company, how are they actually still in business? Tried a live chat to sort this out but this was also a joke.
