Just how hard is it to get in touch with this company??y hubby ordered me the wrong size trainers impossible to rectify it.Don’t need this stress after suffering a stroke.Tried to ring the Manchester Arndale branch and they just hang up wow us customers pay your wage and keep you in a job.Will have it out with you when I come in to collect the order which will be returned immediately 😡UPDATE: Have spent hrs today trying to sort out things with the terrible beyond words “customer services and the pathetic bot thing.Saying can’t cancel order as it’s been despatched really to where exactly outer space.Then there “sorry” for the inconvenience and will tell the cluck & collect team to cancel the order.The money was still in pending this morning why can’t you just bounce it back I’m not waiting over 2 months I’m speaking to my bank a.s.a.p never ever come across a store that makes up the rules and fiddles customers out of their hard earned money.What gives you the right to withhold a contact telephone number etc etc is that so you can keep the money of all the customers you’ve done over.Remember no customers no jobs for any of your staff .Aww well beep happens and what goes around always comes around Goodbye offspring & office in your hopefully soon unemployment ! UPDATE: 24/4/25 email to say refund 5 working days so basically over a week for my hubby to get HIS hard earned money back for a order than he tried since Tuesday to cancel before it was even dispatched what kind of company any you????? Causing a stroke survivor so much stress and anxiety that I have bad chest pains all because you wanted my hubbys £76 yrs HIS £76 that should never ever been taken.All these customers should be compensated for how you’ve treated them.Their only mistake was using their money in your stores and online.Get your acts together or this company will be closed very very soon.Do not insult us customers by telling US to contact YOU move your lazy backsides and contact us😡update 1st may 2025 wow just wow what took you so long to reply.This was my hubbys order I have made that 100% crystal clear.The shoes were for me.We tried loads of ways to cancel the order impossible when you don’t have proper customer service.Its the year 2025 now you should have a full phone line manned.Luckily we got our money paid back onto our credit card.Stop asking for information to check if this review is true I have done the review as 1 my hubby is dyslexic and that’s none of your business by the way I don’t have to explain myself.If you don’t like truthful negative reviews then sort out your shoddy company.Say what I want when I want DEAL👍
