I ordered a pair of trainers for my daughters birthday. They arrived with no delays but were faulty. I was quickly given a Yodel return label. I reordered the trainers again as I didn't want to risk them running out. These turned up fine too.Now, with regards to the return. I took the parcel to a Yodel shop on 11th June. It wasn't collected until 18th June. My tracker shows that it arrived back at Offspring on 22nd June.I did not hear anything so thought I would Web chat them. Apparently my parcel was empty and Offspring now can't give me a refund and they also cannot put a claim in at Yodel because 10 days since I dropped the parcel off has passed. What I have tried to tell them is that I emailed them on 14th June to explain that my parcel had not been collected yet. They emailed me back on 15th June saying to give them 72 hours to investigate. They replied to me after the 10 days had passed to tell me they couldn't help because the 10 days had passed 🙄In order to find out where the theft took place, I had a Web chat with Yodel to find out if they weighed the parcels at different points on a return. Their answer was yes but I had to ask Offspring to get that information from them.I therefore Web chat Offspring again who's response was it is after 10 days so therefore cannot help.I've provided proof of postage, I've tried to find out where the trainers were taken but Offspring just do not want to help out at all. I used the courier of their choice and followed all of the return rules. Again, they're not interested in helping. No matter what I say, their response is the same "we can't help, you need to claim through your bank".Now before Offspring customer services reply to this trying to be helpful, read what I have put above and only comment on here if you can be of use and intend to refund me and put your own claim in with Yodel.Update. Offspring replied to this post asking for more information so they could help. I gave more information and have heard nothing from them. What else should I have expected. Definitely avoid this farcical company.
