I ordered some shoes, they weren’t getting delivered to my house but they were at the local depot. Try contacting yodel to get it delivered, was told to speak to offspring. Offspring told me I have two options. Pick it up myself from the depot, or the shoes will have to be returned to them and then re shipped again.I told them I will go for option 2. I asked them when I would get my order and was told that I’ll just get a refund when the shoes get returned to themWaited over 2 weeks for these shoes that are now getting returned to them, and I can’t reorder because they’re no longer available. Customer service replies with 1 sentence emails and are not helpful at all@editThere was 0 attempts, I postponed the delivery because I was going on holiday. Which is why I ordered the shoes in the first place but they didn’t make it on time
