Ordered some Jordan 1s they came creased down the toeline and the box was ripped to bits. Contacted for a partial refund and was told I would only get 10% back as I tried them on for size (like you do in every shoe shop) as what do you do if they don't fit? Unfair after I paid £165. It's now been 6 days and no partial refund or word back from customer service. Absolutely terrible customer services and no number to call so now I'm stuck with these damaged trainers and box.
