Absolutely awful experience. 3 weeks after getting shipping confirmation email order still haven’t been delivered, going back and forth with emails trying to claw my money back, looks like will need to request a chargeback from my credit card provider.An update, they responded to my feedback asking to email them, I emailed and this morning they replied saying I have to wait until they click and collect team responds. Lol is this a joke. Avoid this like a plaque.
