Worst ever online shopping experience. I ordered a pair of shoes and chose to collect them from a store. They were dispatched right after I ordered them but still haven't arrived after 10 working days. I tried to contact customer services but apparently, they don't even have a number to call. I have to contact them via email, which according to the auto-reply, they will only reply me in FIVE days! It might be faster if I just contact my credit card company to request a refund from them!!!Update: they just forwarded my request to another team, and it’s going take them 72 hours to reply?!
