Bought a pair of trainers, but unsuitable. I started the returned process, and I was alarmed to find out that I would be charged £2.50 to return this item. Even after an intensive delivery charge had incurred to deliver this item. I contacted Offspring, with a view to an explanation to why this was, with no explanation offered. As a frequent online shopper, I have never incurred this before, and needless to say will not be shopping with Offspring again!
