The wrong item was received and although cusomer service is somewhat responsive, I was simply told it was human error and they closed the ticket as I then had a bounceback email to say they'd be in touch with my new query within 5 days. Refund? Exchange? Some sort of solution would be helpful. I've ordered the item from Office shoes this time, although probably all from the same warehouse as they're owned by Office, so hopefully I actually recieve the correct item this time.
