Smashed my box for Ambush dunks. Part of the retail price you pay is for its packaging but this was not reflected in the purchase price. Staff were condescending and rude when concerns were raised. Just raised the issue with trading standards as this is essentially false advertising because prior to purchase I was not told about the box, which I PAID FOR, being purposely destroyed and thus I did not recieve the product I anticipated.Edit. Typical Offspring response. No mention about the rude and condescending staff which is typical of the culture there. This arrogance stems from the owners all the way down. I will be avoiding them from now on, I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.
