I really wish I read these reviews before ordering. My order W61798333 has not arrived and the “track my order” link is not working on the DPD website. I have sent 3 emails as well as an Instagram message with no reply whatsoever. I have no idea where my parcel is or if it will even arrive before Christmas. Worst customer service experience in a long time. Extremely disappointedUPDATE: I contacted DPD and it’s clear the parcel will not be delivered before Christmas. I am now refusing to pay the €28 customs fee. I am requesting a refund. However, I have still not received ONE reply to my emails or messages. Can I please get confirmation that I will receive this refund?
