I received trainers that had clearly been worn for a few days and returned, they were dirty and full of pet hair inside, I got a refund including returns postage but only after 5 emails as they tried to just refund the cost of the trainers first saying there was a manufacturing fault with them. They did answer all emails fairly quickly though.
