Ordered a pair of trainers to collect in store over 3 weeks ago. Still not received the trainers and had no updates regarding the order. Emailed customer service several times and each time just told they will be there soon with no explanation or timeframe provided. Severely disappointed with the lack of communication and awful customer service. A present that was ordered in ample time is now over 2 weeks late! Will not be using again!!!
