Formal Complaint Regarding My Experience

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my visit to the store today. Despite the inclement weather, I arrived at the location just before closing time. Although the doors were already shut, there were still customers inside. As another customer exited, a female staff member closed the door abruptly in my face without any explanation, even though it was not yet the stated closing time. I stood by the closed door and tried to communicate with a young male staff member. When I inquired about the store's closing time, he vaguely mentioned it was 6:00 pm. Throughout this interaction, the female staff member continued to ignore me. The male staff member then inquired about which shoes I was interested in. I mentioned that I wanted to buy the new Jordan 8 release and clarified that I did not need to try them on since I already knew my size. He informed me that a sale would not be possible if I tried them on, but that I could complete the purchase immediately if I was sure of my size. I must note that my experiences at another location have been far more satisfactory. That store adheres strictly to its closing time, and customers are not turned away prematurely. The staff there exhibit better professionalism and a more customer-oriented approach. According to the information provided online, the store's hours are listed as 12:00–18:00. Closing the doors before the advertised time, especially with customers still inside, is unacceptable. Employees should conduct business in a professional manner that aligns with company policies, rather than personal judgments. I believe this situation needs to be addressed, as it negatively impacts customer service standards and the overall reputation of the company.
