Ordered my daughter a pair of trainers for her birthday with 3/5 day delivery, 10 days later still not got the trainers Rang ‘off spring’ 3 times to be told they will ring me back they have still not rang me back, I still have not got the trainers I am still £145 down and worst off all my daughter has already had her birthday without her main present, this is so disappointing for me and her as I can’t offered to go and buy another pair until o get a refund (if I ever do)
