Genuinely disgusted with the service. I have never given a company a one star review, because if there has ever been an issue, it has been solved, however, my issue with offspring has still not been solved; i have tried multiple time to contact them over the phone, which they do not answer (I have been on hold 6 times up to 12 minutes waiting per call), and their customer service over email is also appalling (A guy called Niall has been so insensitive regarding my issue and lacks simple etiquette when replying to my emails of complaint). There is no sensitivity around the board; I sent my shoes back for inspection because the leather on the shoe is defected, and they sent the shoes back to me with a letter claiming and blaming me for cleaning the shoe with 'inappropriate chemicals'. I sent the shoes double boxed to them, and the shoes were returned to me only in the shoe box, which arrived newly damaged as you would expect. Even the replies on this website are so heartless, as if they really do not understand their customers and are unwilling to solve any issues. I wish this experience was not as it was, however, for the amount of inconveniences caused by this issue.
