If you click and collect an item, you have to pick it up from an Office store. But you can't return items from here, nor from any concession stores. Which means you have to pay to return items. Who doesn't offer free returns in 2018?! Guy on Twitter was condescending and useless. Was very keen to keep telling me how much it costs to return an item using Collect+ and that i can use the handy label that came with my order. Guess what's missing from my order? The Collect+ label! First and last time i'll be using these guys
