Trainers I ordered did not arrive, i waited 2 days running both times told I had missed delivery & they had left a calling card. Yodel had not been to my address nor had any cards been left. I tried to ring offspring c/s was on hold for 35 mins and no answer! I resorted to on line chat and it was obvious from their reply they had NOT fully read my message. In the end I gave up and requested a refund, parcel has been returned to offspring and I'm still waiting for my refund, shocking!!!
