Refused a refund.

Delivery was quick but that's the only good thing I can say about this totally disastrous shopping experience. Had to send my order back but have only received part of the refund. Emailed them and was told they haven't received my parcel. Checked with courier who told me they had and also signed for it. 2 weeks later after numerous emails they then tell me they had received my parcel but the box inside was empty. Not only have they refused to refund my £50, customer service was shocking. One girl refused to let me talk to a manager and when I insisted she terminated the call. I would never recommended anyone to shop with them and I certainly won't in future. Extremely disappointed and seeking legal advice.
