I ordered a pair of shoes from offspring, they came and one of them was out of shape at the front. I sent an email to there customer services and got a template email back saying to return them. I returned them to an office store and got a refund because the girl in the store said there weren't any more pairs in the warehouse or in store. After I had left the store I looked online and they still had them in my size, so I ordered them a second time hoping they would be alright. When I received the second pair, they were worse than the first, completely out of shape. I rang customer services who said all I could do is return them and they couldn't give me any compensation because it's a sale item.Even though this is my first time ordering from them and I told them I wouldn't be ordering again if they couldn't compensate me in some sort of way for the inconvenience. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
