This is my 2nd order with offspring and the 2nd time my trainers have turned up with the box completely crushed/ripped , when I emailed them to inform them there answer was return the trainers and I will get a refund knowing full well all stockists have sold out of the trainers I purchased so I was never to own a pair unless I payed silly ££ off eBay I had to make do with what I had , I store all my trainers in there boxes as I am a avid collector , why oh why don't they change courier company's I don't know , suppose all down to saving ££££ and use the bottom end courier firms in 1 word pathetic.
