I am very dissatisfied with the customer support. I invested a considerable amount in a pair of shoes, and my package has gone missing. It has been over two weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have attempted to reach out multiple times via email and through all their social media channels, but I have received no response whatsoever. No updates, no explanations, nothing. When spending a significant amount, one expects at least basic communication. The current lack of response is unacceptable and quite frustrating. I would advise against ordering until they improve their handling of missing parcels and customer service.
