It's been 69 days without any information regarding the review outcome. On November 3, the company requested that I record a video explaining my trading method. I submitted this video on November 7, and they confirmed receipt, stating that the review would take 3–5 business days. However, as of January 14, I still have not received any updates. Instead, my account was closed on November 28 for violating the 28-day no trading rule, which was a direct result of the review delays. The service has been exceedingly slow and unsatisfactory. They seem to be looking for any minor reason to deny my payout of $6050. I've reached out multiple times via email and live chat, yet I still have not received a response. This service is extremely poor! It feels like a scam! My account ID is 1018977. -- Reply from the company: You have only spoken without resolving anything, and their support team has not replied to my inquiries. Very inadequate service! It seems like they are just holding onto the money like they've done in the past.
