My payout request has been pending with this firm since 01/11/2026. I have over 27K in profits that they are holding, and all I receive in response to my payout inquiries is a generic message stating that "the request is being processed." After investing thousands of dollars and dedicating weeks and months to achieve profitability, this service chooses to withhold my hard-earned profits... WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

It's unfortunate that this organization has been able to continue its scheme for such an extended period without being stopped. The individuals involved, primarily operating from offshore locations, use a misleading address that disconnects them from responsibility, which contributes to their longevity. The only way to eliminate these fraudsters is to refrain from purchasing their accounts. They often find reasons to deny payouts once you reach your profit target, make you wait excessively, leading to account inactivity breaches, or simply 'lose' your information after you've registered and made a payment. If you voice your concerns on their platform, they will ban you. Don't be fooled by their responses; they only pretend to be helpful, and reaching out to them rarely yields results. Just reading the reviews should be enough to deter anyone from engaging with them, yet it seems many continue to sign up regardless.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience. I typically trade in the futures markets and adapting to what I refer to as the Euro style requires some adjustment. However, I really appreciate the static drawdown feature with my two-phase challenge.

Unresponsive Support and Unjustified Payout Denial

As I noted in my earlier feedback, they act like contacting them via email is sufficient, yet I still receive no replies. There’s no valid reason for them to deny my payout, but instead of responding to my emails, they comment on reviews with vague apologies and promises to address my case. However, I still hear nothing. UPDATE They continue to misrepresent themselves here, and unfortunately, I can't share screenshots. A payout of 20K has been denied without justification, and I have received zero feedback. I've reached out to every available representative, including moderators and even leadership, but none have acknowledged my messages. Still no response via email either.

This marks my THIRD review regarding the service, and my frustration is truly overwhelming. In my earlier reviews, the team publicly asked me to reach out to their support via email or live chat for my case to be 'escalated.' I followed their guidance every time. Here are the responses I received: 'We understand your concerns, especially with the timelines shared through live chat and on our platform. While most payout requests are completed within the promised timeframe, some accounts may need further internal review to ensure compliance with our policies. Unfortunately, this can lead to delays. Please be assured that your account remains under active review. We encourage you to contact our support team again via email or live chat and mention this review for a more detailed update.' And another response stated: 'This experience does not represent the high standard of service we strive for, where we aim to process payouts quickly, often within 24 hours. We take your concerns about transparency seriously. While we asked you to contact us privately, it seems our internal follow-up was not effective in your case. To resolve this, please utilize our 24/7 Live Support chat or join our official community to speak directly with an escalation manager.' Following this, I sent numerous emails but received no response.
I then contacted live support, expecting the promised escalation. Instead, the live chat agent provided a completely different answer: 'Your account will not be reviewed for payout until the new requirements are met. There is no escalation manager. We escalate issues that are beyond us. This rule applies to all accounts, and there are no exceptions, which is why you need to meet the new criteria.' So what is the truth? According to the responses:

➡️ My account won’t even be reviewed, escalation doesn’t exist, and I must meet new rules. This contradiction has left me in a difficult position: I’m unable to trade because the service claims my account is under review. I can’t get paid, as live support states no review will occur. I’ve followed every instruction provided, yet I’m at a standstill. This situation has caused significant financial loss, wasted time, and immense stress. The lack of clarity, inconsistent communication, and broken promises are entirely unacceptable for a firm managing traders’ funds. If the service has altered its rules, honesty is crucial.
If reviews are merely for show, don’t lead traders into a cycle of unproductive emails and chats. At this stage, I feel ignored, misled, and trapped by conflicting information. This is unprofessional and unfair to traders. I genuinely hope this review prompts consistent and clear communication, as the current state shows a disconnect within the organization.

It's been 69 days without any information regarding the review outcome. On November 3, the company requested that I record a video explaining my trading method. I submitted this video on November 7, and they confirmed receipt, stating that the review would take 3–5 business days. However, as of January 14, I still have not received any updates. Instead, my account was closed on November 28 for violating the 28-day no trading rule, which was a direct result of the review delays. The service has been exceedingly slow and unsatisfactory. They seem to be looking for any minor reason to deny my payout of $6050. I've reached out multiple times via email and live chat, yet I still have not received a response. This service is extremely poor! It feels like a scam! My account ID is 1018977. -- Reply from the company: You have only spoken without resolving anything, and their support team has not replied to my inquiries. Very inadequate service! It seems like they are just holding onto the money like they've done in the past.

I appreciate the instant model and pricing offered, but it would be fantastic if the inconsistency score could remain below 25%. 👍 I'm okay with a 1% floating risk, as I understand the company's position for long-term sustainability and for server traders. Overall, a solid and reputable firm.
