As I noted in my earlier feedback, they act like contacting them via email is sufficient, yet I still receive no replies. There’s no valid reason for them to deny my payout, but instead of responding to my emails, they comment on reviews with vague apologies and promises to address my case. However, I still hear nothing. UPDATE They continue to misrepresent themselves here, and unfortunately, I can't share screenshots. A payout of 20K has been denied without justification, and I have received zero feedback. I've reached out to every available representative, including moderators and even leadership, but none have acknowledged my messages. Still no response via email either.
