I divided my scavenger hunt giftcards among me and my daughters. As my daughters carry my name.... duh, they are my daughters …. and it had to be sent to my address to prevent risk of loss having them delivered at their dorm address, their orders were all cancelled. Though we have a seperate accounts for each of my daughters, they are not considered customers, having delivery at my address.Ofra has cancelled the orders, the giftcards are gone/lost and they are not willing to do anything about it. No idea where the gift cards went to.This was a first time and never again for me.As my daughters always have their stuff sent to my address, I guess as long as they are students it's over for them too.
