I had a terrible experience. I ordered a custom-length outfit (48 inches), which was confirmed multiple times. However, upon receiving it, it was the standard length (40 inches) and completely unwearable for me. When I reached out to customer service, they asked about my deadline and if I knew anyone going to India. When I explained my situation, they said nothing could be done. I followed the process correctly, paid, and provided the necessary details, yet they did not honor their agreement. I am so disappointed and feel my money was wasted.
