I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and feel compelled to share my frustration. I placed a $500 order for a Medium top and Small bottom, but received a Small for both, without size tags to verify. This outfit was for my brother's wedding, and the timing was crucial. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have neither received a refund nor a proper replacement. They suggested altering a Small into a Medium, which is unrealistic. When premium prices are charged, customers expect professionalism and accountability. Four months later, I'm left with an unusable outfit and no resolution.
