Subject: Frustrating Order Experience at OGAAN , Malcha Marg Dear Ogaan Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my order placed in the first of June 23 , 4 months ago for a pair of slippers. I have patiently waited for the shipment that was to arrive in 1 week and believed in stores promises of imminent shipment. Unfortunately, my patience has been in vain as I still haven't received the product.On reminding them about 2 weeks ago I was told the order was lying with the store & that my order would be shipped within a week, which has long passed. To my shock, your store now informs me that my order has been sold, and I will need to wait even longer for another pair to be ordered.This entire experience reflects a severe lack of professionalism and customer service. I trusted your store with my order and have been let down at every turn. On asking the store to refund the amount they said they would do the order in another week . I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your order handling processes to prevent such experiences in the future.Sincerely,Ritu jhingan
