This was mu first time shopping with Ogawa. the customer service was very knowledgable and responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. I agree with the reviewer above, assembly on a massage chair is easier with two people but not crazy difficult. like other furniture it’s heavy. I think the delivery took a total of 7 days total, and I had to set up a time with the delivery company.
