I’ve bought a few pieces of furniture online so I sort of knew what to expect (delivery, assembly, etc). Shipping was easy, we did the free method, and did the assembly ourselves. Assembly went quick with two of us. After it was set-up we had a ton of questions. Rick at Ogawa was very very helpful. He helped us learn more about the chair and help us figure out to use it correctly. Mainly how to manually control the Butt massage, and use the special UNIQ programs.
We had a tried a few chairs before we bought this, but never got a chance to try the Active model. The supertrac was very attractive because of the butt, and leg massage. So happy with our chair and with Rick. Would recommend to a friend for sure.
