I received my order today, and I'm quite unhappy. This is my fourth time ordering from this service, and I am very disappointed. Both of my rice packages were damaged at the bottom, and when I tried to take them out of the box, they spilled all over the floor. I had to find another place to empty them. Additionally, my plantain was damaged, the chin-chin was ruined, and the salt spilled inside the box. I spent a significant amount of money only to receive such poor service. I will not be returning, as I plan to take my business elsewhere where I feel valued and appreciated after spending over £300. The support team was also rude during our phone conversation and failed to respond to my email regarding the damaged items, despite providing proof with pictures. This reflects poorly on the company and is a reason why many businesses struggle due to inadequate customer service and negative attitudes toward customers.
