Really grateful for Rory's help and persistence when phoning to complain about the lack of progress on restoring wifi.Having not been impressed with the lack of progress in resolving the original diagnosis, Rory went away to look into everything, got back to me as, and when, promised. It turned out to be a different issue altogether for which he arranged the fix and with time wifi was restored. And he persisted in getting back to me to ensure everything was good.We've been with ogi since 2021 and always been happy with connectivity (the teenagers and a home worker), I hated the idea that the same service didn't exist when things go wrong- really grateful to Rory for proving me wrong.
