Really grateful for Rory's help and persistence when phoning to complain about the lack of progress on restoring wifi.
Having not been impressed with the lack of progress in resolving the original diagnosis, Rory went away to look into everything, got back to me as, and when, promised. It turned out to be a different issue altogether for which he arranged the fix and with time wifi was restored. And he persisted in getting back to me to ensure everything was good.
We've been with ogi since 2021 and always been happy with connectivity (the teenagers and a home worker), I hated the idea that the same service didn't exist when things go wrong- really grateful to Rory for proving me wrong.

Ogi is the best provider you can go…

Ogi is the best provider you can go with any issue they will solve it within minutes, I pay so less for my internet ,I’ve been with so many provider and they have been awful scamming and constantly switching me off, I call ogi I tell them my situation they are happy to help if your good to them there good to you, happy customer:)

Had a great experience with my new Ogi…

Had a great experience with my new Ogi setup. Moved in to a house that had Ogi fibre installed and therefore couldn’t set up an account until the previous owners had moved out but once this was sorted by Alex Locke she arranged for an engineer, James to arrive the same day and set up the service in no time at all. Very happy 😊

This company is superb

This company is superb. Community Sales Advisor Paul was very knowledgeable and informative and engineers Liam and James were on time, and quick and efficient in installing full fibre broadband. No mess, no fuss, easy to switch suppliers and an excellent experience all round. Also very good value.

So constant issues since the beginning

So constant issues since the beginning. Internet goes down for hours at a time. No one to contact. No outage map or indicator like other providers. They just don't give a.... Also issues at set up. Racist installer, who legit barked orders at us and stunk to high heaven of BO. This company is made of cowboys... Avoid.

Excellent sales team

With my monthly BT bill leaping from £38pm to £50pm, finding a new broadband provider was inevitable. Following my daughter's suggestion I opted for Ogi, and I've been really impressed by sales team member Alexandra Lock, with whom I have exchanged several emails as she has guided me through the switching process, and given me the confidence to proceed, as I am out of my depth with anything IT. Looking forward to installation!
