Awful company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took Ogi out a few months ago and on 3 separate occasions their engineers didn't show up without any notice. I changed my days in work to accommodate the engineer coming to install the wifi and I had to chase them multiple times. Everytime I got through they would say "aw sorry the engineers are sick so they won't be coming today". Didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. On top of that their engineer told me as I had been let down and messed around by then multiple times there would be no installation fee. I have just moved house and the new property I am in doesn't have Ogi. Due to this they have now charged me £60 for the installation fee when I lost wages due to their engineers letting me down. When I called in to discuss this they refused me to speak to a manager. Apparently it's company policy they cannot pass you onto a manager. For a company that is "FCA" regulated I have never heard anything like it. When I was in correspondence with Ogi they took days to reply to any emails. As good as their wifi is their customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced. To barter over £30/£60 when I have been let down and treated so poorly on multiple occassions is disgusting. I have informed multiple people not to use them. I know of multiple people having an awful experience with them as well. Shame really because their wifi is great. I ended up paying them the £30 when they have lost me 5x that amount in my wages.
