Only seem to be good for getting hold of a vehicle, not for servicing a long standing fleet vehicle.We've had a company vehicle off the road now for 2 months due to the bad service and very poor communication. Even at one stage recommended to "phone our supplier yourself" when trying to organise a tail lift repair, in which already had tried that with no answer to the phone. This isn't a one off either. Very regular with booking repairs, we are given timeframes of weeks to wait, in which still having to pay for the duration. Hiring through Ogilvie has cost us so much time and money with the lack of service provided on long term leasing. Would be giving a 1 star, but occasionally can get hold of a 3.5t vehicle with tail-lift... the only slight positive experience we have currently.
