I leased a vehicle which, after just 16 months, developed a defect with the battery and was subsequently declared a total loss on the 17th of March 2025.Despite this, I was still charged £569.55 on the 28th of February and again on the 28th of March, even though I no longer had access to the vehicle from mid-March. To make matters worse, I have just been informed that I will be charged once again on the 28th of May to cover the period until the insurer paid out for the car!This is, without doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced from any company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care is appalling. I will be escalating this matter as far as necessary until it is resolved.Avoid this company at all costs!
