Worst leasing company I had ever had to deal with. I have ordered a vehicle thru them. After waiting for best part of 11 months for the vehicle to be delivered, I had the unpleasant surprise to find out that a main option from the vehicle trim has been dropped by the manufacturer. However I have never been informed of this change in the 11 months of waiting for my vehicle to be delivered. As I have returned my old vehicle on the same day, I am now being left with no vehicle to get to and from work and drop the child to school. Ogilvie are not offering any resolution to the issue, except taking the vehicle of me.No compassion shown nor are they willing to resolve the issue.
