This was our first venture into a new build property and had a number of concerns going into the process. However the team at Ogilvie Homes - Manor Park Dunlop East Ayrshire have been exceptional from the very start. Our first visits with Scott and Graeme gave us the confidence to reserve our plot ahead of seeing the house type built. Scott continued to guide us through the build, helping us put our personal touch on our home with the number of options available. We always felt welcome at the site as our house was built and any question was never any issue. The pre-move in meeting was great idea to have and Nicky (Site Manager) and Alex (sales agent) took us through the working of the house and detailed all the necessary and pertinent information. After moving in at the end of August. Nicky has been a pleasure to work with. He popped in to insure we had settled in, explained the snagging process and was keen to resolve anything we had discovered over the weekend. Thankfully we have had little snagging and it’s clear to see the pride that Nicky and the team have taken in building the homes at Manor Park. We are still in the construction phase but everyone working at Manor Park has been extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They always take time to say hello to our wee dog as they pass by. Manor Park Dunlop is a small development within the original grounds of Dunlop Manor. The new homes really complement the Manor and Ogilvie homes have been sympathetic to the setting and created a wonderful place to live. Well done to all the team
