I’m really confused about the situation; I placed an order a week ago, but nothing has arrived. I’ve chased the issue and sent messages and emails, but I haven’t received any response. Meanwhile, it seems they are active on their social media. I’ve ordered many times before without any problems, but now I may need to involve my bank.

I ordered before the Christmas deadline but have not received my order. I've messaged through various channels, received one response, and then was ignored. Meanwhile, they continue to post on social media. Terrible customer service. I hope to get a refund. I would not use this service again nor recommend it.
I ordered before Christmas and hoped for delivery, but I understand I missed the cutoff. As of January 7th, I still haven't received anything. I emailed for an update on January 2nd but got no reply. My account shows it was shipped on January 6th, but the seller claims it hasn't been shipped yet. Given I paid for expedited shipping, I expected to have my items by now. Disappointing experience, especially with all the positive reviews.
