Update:like other unhappy customers on here where the team at Oh-Flora claim not to have received emails when they’ve fallen short of decent customer service. I sent the initial email to the address on the website at 22.49 on 29/11 the same address as given below and again earlier today. I will gladly add photo proof if trust pilot will allow. Interesting they can respond to a review where it might make a dent in their pocket but not to an email detailing concerns with their products! Received my items last week but due to my work schedule I got round to opening them on 29/11 a couple of days following delivery. What a let down. These were meant to be quirky table gifts for my nurse & social worker colleagues at our Staff Xmas night out. I ordered over £30 worth of pens. The dispatch time was okay but when they arrived they were loose in 4 separate Jiffy bags. Some arrived unscrewed with the ink filter exposed, the ones that were shown as silver arrived white, the colours don’t match what they show online. Tbh I’m really disappointed with the quality. I should’ve checked Etsy for better quality at half the price! I emailed straight away and as of today still haven’t had a reply. Really poor customer service I will be requesting a refund or will make a chargeback given that there’s no time to reorder as our meal is on Saturday and I mentioned this in my email. I’m all for supporting small businesses if they play their part too. Unfortunately, Oh Flora just ignores customers. Orders placed on 19/11/25.
