I purchased a vehicle before the holidays along with a helmet and clothing gear. While the overall service was decent, I was disappointed to find that the helmet we bought was too small for my son. I now realize that helmets cannot be returned, but this policy wasn’t communicated at the time of purchase. Had I known, we would have either brought my son to try it on in-store or bought a helmet from another place. When I called back, the sales assistant insisted that this information was provided to my wife and me, but that was definitely not the case.
