I bought a quad along with a helmet and clothing gear before Christmas. The overall service was satisfactory, but I was let down that the helmet we selected was too small for my son. I now realize that helmets cannot be returned, but this policy was not communicated to us at the time of purchase. Had we known, we would have either brought our son to try it on or looked for a helmet elsewhere. When I called back, the sales assistant was convinced that this information was conveyed to us, but that was certainly not the case.

I regret not reading reviews before ordering, as my issues seem common. I placed a large order that was promised to arrive in 48 hours, but it took over two weeks. When I called to ask about it, the representative became aggressive and hung up on me. After emailing my complaint, I received a call from someone pretending to be a manager, which was unnecessary as I just wanted to know where my order was. I eventually got my order, but some items were missing. I called again and was told they had been sent, but two months later, I’m still waiting. They keep claiming delivery but refuse to provide proof. They have also been rude and harassed me with aggressive calls because I kept inquiring about my order. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
DO NOT PLACE ORDERS HERE. I received the wrong item twice and was sent on a wild goose chase to the local post office twice, where they had no knowledge of it. I was then told I wouldn’t receive a refund until the other parts were returned (for which I had to pay for shipping). Once they received the items, they started lying about issuing the refund through the platform, which confirmed they hadn’t sent it. Now, three months later, I still haven’t received my refund.
I ordered a body kit and sent multiple emails about the missing order. I received one response saying that all emails are answered within an hour, which was untrue. I felt disrespected, and now I have to report this to the relevant authorities. I wish I had seen other reviews before ordering!
The item was never sent, and I received a fake tracking number. When I checked with the delivery service, they confirmed it didn’t exist. I was told to go to a local depot, but they had no record of my parcel. The representatives have been rude and harassing. Based on my experience, it seems like one person is running the entire operation, and I wouldn't be surprised if they disappeared with the money.
