my experience of this company is very poor their online page was difficult to navigate and their telephone service is abysmal although the people who do answer are always polite and cheery i filled in all the surveys supplied all documents supplied all paperwork and permissions. and yet time after time it was excuse after excuse even after i had the kerb lowered professionally they did not want the parking area to be grassed they placed objection after objection onto the list i just gave up and have now asked an alternative company to come and view they have said ok
